| The 7-Hour National USPAP Update course requires the 2022-2023 National USPAP Book and the 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course Student Manual. The Virtual Presence course price does not include a copy of the Book OR the Manual. Students are responsible for purchasing copies of the Book and the Manual directly from The Appraisal Foundation. Please visit the website of The Appraisal Foundation to purchase a copy of the 7-Hour National USPAP Update course materials well before the start of class. BOTH the Book and the Manual are required to receive course credit. |

and Continuing Education
Don R. White,
Jr., MBA, RWP has been approved by the North Carolina Appraisal Board
as an appraisal Pre-licensing and Continuing Education Instructor
since 2000. Don is also an AQB certified USPAP instructor.
Since May
2002 Realetech.com has been an approved private pre-licensing
school and we have had residential and commercial courses for real property Appraisers. Realetech.com does not discriminate in their admissions policy,
