Don R. White, Jr., MBA, MCP, has been approved by the North Carolina Appraisal Board as an appraisal Pre-licensing Instructor since 2000. Don is also an AQB certified USPAP instructor, #10449.

Since May 2002 Realetech.com has been an approved private pre-licensing school and we have residential and commercial courses for North Carolina Appraisers and Residential courses for Virginia Appraisers.
